About MFOAbout MFO

Larry King, President
The driving force behind MFO Entertainment Group, Larry has been involved in every facet of the entertainment industry from the time he was a boy. Although his schedule was busy with performances on stage and screen, he was featured in 52 commercials before the age of 13.

While attending the University of Miami Florida and later the University of Wisconsin at Madison, Larry wrote over 100 jingles for local and national advertising campaigns.

Directly following college, Larry moved to Los Angeles and was signed with Caliber/ Warner Brothers records with his band, Human Factor.

Larry returned home to Chicago to pursue a career as a session singer and was featured in commercial jingles with a diverse range of clients including ‘Ferrara-Pan’ candy, R.C. Cola, Coca-Cola, Gatorade, Enterprise Rental Cars, Long John Silver, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, the CD ROM game ‘You Don’t Know Jack’ and the theme song for The Heritage Christian Church.

In 1998, Larry created MFO Entertainment Group, under which his band Soleil Moon achieved great success competing with artists such as Celine Dion, Michael Bolton and Toni Braxton on the Adult Contemporary radio charts. The band featured prominently in the Top 20 with their last 3 releases and two of their songs, Willingly and Never Say Goodbye, were featured on the Adult Contemporary Top 100 for the year 2000.

Currently, Larry is dedicating his musical talents to song writing, his society band, the Larry King Orchestra as well as cultivating up and coming talent in his state of the art recording studio, The Sound Bank.

Larry's life experiences have led MFO into every aspect of the entertainment industry with a focus on top tier event entertainment, artist development and production.
